The privacy policies applicable to the products and services are provided when customer signs up with us and forms part of their Product and services agreement

Any information captured through channels stated in clause (3) is not shared with any third party unless you request us to connect you with our partners with your prior consent.

When you share your information with us through any channel stated in clause (3), you consent to us storing this information on a secure cloud platform owned by third party provider such as Google, Amazon and Microsoft.

We follow strict security protocol to protect our systems and information that is only available to two-factor authenticate Paxena employees only.

6.1 Information Storage

Our cloud platform/s might store your personal information on their servers (i.e. Google Cloud, Amazon and Microsoft, and webservers) that might be located outside of Australia, including in the United States and will be stored in an encrypted format.

Where we disclose your personal information to third party servers overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that data security and appropriate privacy practices are maintained. We will only disclose to overseas third parties if:

• you have given us your consent to disclose personal information to that third party; or
• we reasonably believe that:
  • the overseas recipient is subject to a law or binding scheme that is, overall, substantially similar to the APPs; and
  • the law or binding scheme can be enforced; or
• the disclosure is required or authorised by an Australian law or court / tribunal order.

Paxena will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold about you is kept confidential and secure, including by:

• having a robust physical security of our platform and databases;
• taking measures to restrict access to only personnel who need that personal information to effectively provide services to you;
• having technological measures in place (for example, anti-virus software, fire walls, and two-factor authentication);
